Pay for what your flow resolves

A token is an action a person used to do by hand and your flow now executes: validating a document, collecting a payment, booking an appointment, answering a question, or recording an order. Each completed action consumes one token, no matter how many back-and-forth messages the conversation needed. That way you pay for work resolved, not for chat volume: 400 tokens equal 400 tasks your team no longer has to do by hand.

Your flow does not stop. Each additional token is billed at $0.25 - the same unit price across all plans - and settled on your next invoice. If your operation consistently needs more tokens or more nodes than your plan includes, the next plan up applies; above Prime's 6,000 tokens or 1,000 nodes, a custom plan. There are never surprise charges: the price per action is always the same.

A node is one step in your flow: a question, a validation, a query to your system, a decision. Nodes are the structure that keeps the AI under control: each step has a bounded task, which prevents hallucinations and lets you use more affordable AI models from different platforms with correct answers, instead of paying for expensive models for everything. The node limit reflects the complexity of the flows each plan supports: 50 on Start, 300 on Grow, and 1,000 on Prime. If your flow needs more nodes than your plan includes, the next plan up applies; above 1,000 nodes, a custom plan.

Yes. Every plan includes Konnet Core: the AI dashboards that show your team what is happening in your flows and your data, and the publication of your systems as MCP servers so AI agents can query them securely. It is part of the value from the Start plan onward, because every conversation Flow executes leaves data that Core turns into decisions. There are no separate modules or extra licenses to use it.

Plans are billed month to month, and you can move up or down a plan at the close of each cycle. Any specific commitment terms - if they apply because of the scope of the implementation or special service agreements - are spelled out in the commercial proposal you receive after the demo, never as fine print. The Custom plan can include annual agreements with preferential pricing per token.

The Start plan includes WhatsApp Business API (Meta's official channel) and web chat for your site. From the Grow plan up, Instagram and Messenger are added, so the same flow is designed once and runs on every channel where your customers are. On every plan, flows connect to your systems through APIs and can validate documents, collect payments, quote, book appointments, and log tickets inside the conversation.

Implementation is quoted according to the complexity of your flows and of the integrations with your systems, and it is presented as a fixed proposal after the demo: you know the total cost before you start. Connecting your APIs takes minutes thanks to the Konnet Core assistant, so most of the effort goes into designing the flows with your team and testing them with real cases before going live.

Yes. You can move up a plan whenever you need to, and the change applies immediately with the new tokens and nodes available; the difference is prorated over the current cycle. To move down a plan, the change applies at the close of the monthly cycle. If your flows exceed 1,000 nodes or 6,000 tokens a month, the Konnet team builds a custom plan with you, priced by volume.
